At Monika Brana Maran (“MBM”), customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital products, certain limitations apply. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All sales of digital products (such as eBooks and Notion templates) are final. Once digital content has been delivered or downloaded, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds. This is in accordance with EU and Croatian consumer laws, which recognize that digital goods cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
The digital product was not delivered to you (i.e., you did not receive access).
The product is defective, corrupted, or not as described on our website.
The download link provided does not work after repeated attempts and we are unable to resolve your issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Note: If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase, as required by EU law for digital content provided with consumer consent to instant delivery.

Your full name and email address used during purchase
Date of purchase and order number (if available)
Name of the digital product
Explanation of the issue (e.g., non-delivery, technical problem, etc.)
We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a resolution or request additional information if needed.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval. No fees will be deducted for eligible refunds.
According to EU law, customers may waive their right to withdraw from the purchase of digital content if they expressly agree to instant delivery and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal rights. By completing your purchase on our website, you agree to these terms.
